Free Estimates
Pulse Plumbing offers a free, no-obligation estimate for most service requests.
This includes:
An in-home visit to assess the plumbing issue
A clear diagnosis of the problem
Upfront pricing options to resolve it
Free estimates are available within a 25-mile radius of Lehi, UT. Requests outside this radius may be accommodated at our discretion and may include a trip fee, which will be communicated before scheduling.
A free estimate does not obligate you to move forward with any recommended service. You're welcome to review your options and decide what works best for you.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided upfront, in writing or verbally, before any work begins.
Once a price is quoted and accepted, it will not change unless you request additional work beyond the original scope. Any additional work will be quoted separately and requires your approval before it begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed by phone, text, or email.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee.
Service Area
Pulse Plumbing proudly serves Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Herriman, Bluffdale, Draper, Riverton, American Fork, and surrounding communities throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Free estimates are limited to a 25-mile radius of Lehi, UT, as noted above; service outside this area may still be available upon request.
Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our work.
Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our labor warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Lifeline Membership
Membership plans, including the Pulse Lifeline Plan, are subject to their own separate terms, which will be provided at the time of enrollment. Membership pricing starts at $160/year and may vary based on the plan selected.
Limitation of Liability
Pulse Plumbing performs all services with care and professionalism. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from unrelated plumbing or structural issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
